This Skpajz is not anymore what it was before. The menu is the same, however prices are higher and quality is less. Professional waiters are gone. No manager anymore who cares about valuable guests. Kitchen has changed, smaller portions and less tasty, even specialities like Shpajz ljuti kolbaci are not as before. And why do we need to have Italian mineral water for 4 eur, instead of local Macedonian mineralna? Live music also no more everyday. Go to Skopski Merak or Antica for better food, better service, better atmosphere, - and half price.

We chose this restaurant because it had an appealing table in direct sunlight which we wanted, although admittedly, it did become a little too warm and we eventually moved to another table in the shade. We order mixed salad which was large enough for 4 persons. Luckily, our friends turned up to finish it off. Main course was traditional Macedonian beans baked in clay dishes, along with homemade warmed bread and baked hot chilli peppers. Had white wine, bottle of still water and one small serving of rakia. I had the pleasure of being served by Bobi during my recent visit to Spajz and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we were seated, Bobi greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, immediately making us feel welcome. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering great suggestions tailored to our preferences. They were attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks were always topped off and checking in at just the right times.
