This was our second time coming to this pizzeria. We really enjoyed our time there the first visit. So this time we decided to commemorate an important event once again at this great place. However it seems that standards have fallen a bit. First the positive, the food was excellent, the quality of the cocktails and beer are top notch. Now onto the negatives, as a quality establishment that has high prices you expect high quality service. The waiters were the worst part of the entire experience. We waited for a long time for our orders to be taken. Then the waitress didn’t even offer to cut our pizza(something that was offered the first time around). But let’s move from nitpicking, it was the rashness of them taking the plates after we had finished with dinner. They literally snatched the plates while my girlfriend was leaning over her plate that she had just finished mid conversation. It felt awkward. Then the staff started to converse right next to us about their daily events which was disturbing the peaceful atmosphere. The final straw was when one of the waitresses snatched my unfinished San pelegrino sparkling water and then realized she did that making it awkward by pouring its contents in my girlfriend cup. This was the moment where we decided to take the bill and leave even though we wanted to order dessert. Additionally to this, we can’t believe the place allowed people to play UNO cards as costumers. I thought it was an establishment with higher standards. I felt like they were rushing me to leave only one hour after I came. I will think about visiting again, maybe only through recommendations otherwise I...
Read moreA truly appalling experience from start to finish — and I don’t say that lightly.
The pizzas were uninspired and forgettable — bland, with no attention to flavor or craft. But the real issue was the wine. What began as a decent glass quickly turned into a foul, murky mess — thick with sediment, visually unappealing, and unpleasantly aromatic. It was clearly unfit to serve.
When we brought this to the attention of our server — a genuinely kind and attentive young man — he consulted management. Their response was astonishing: a curt dismissal claiming that this is simply “what wine does.” Not only is that categorically untrue, it’s insulting to anyone with even a passing knowledge of wine — let alone people who travel extensively to experience it.
What’s worse is that this wasn’t ignorance. It was arrogance. A deliberate choice to dismiss and gaslight a customer rather than show even a shred of accountability. Management was rude, evasive, and unwilling to engage in basic hospitality. There was no apology, no solution, not even a trace of professionalism.
The only redeeming part of the evening was our waiter, who handled a bad situation with far more grace than his superiors. But unfortunately, he’s working under a management team that simply doesn’t care.

Read moreWe have dined in this place several times and each time feels like a complete different experience. It is cozy and friendl, pretty much casual place where you will feel comfortable, but still the service will be a top notch! I must say kudos to Voislav (Vojche) who has served us today, made us feel extra special on our family lunch. Food is always amazing and wine is pricier but with extra quality which is over every expectation. I recommend pizzas and rose wine as the best combination (you will find the rose wine in the menu which says that compliments pizzas, that is the best one). This will always be our first choice of restorant for special occasions! The four stars for the atmosphere are given for our previous experience here on the 8th of March, where we were sitting in the non smoking space in front of the bar. It didn't feel too comfortable to be so close to the other tables and also it felt too loud to be in front of the bar where they take orders, hence why today Voislav has served us in the smoking area (although we were all non smokers), to be in a more cozy space. Hope that this constructive feedback will be heard and maybe you can find a way to make the indoor spacing better in future. As mention before, everything today was...
