Dirty Vegan Bergen — Restaurant in Bergen

They do not only try to copy the meat-burger, but also the full negative experience of a fast food joint: no person, but a machine, that when you do not want any of the sodas, still makes you chose cola to move on, and at the end asks for a tip! The bad fries and sauces, the ambience, the music, the location close to a urban hellscape of roads and pedestrian passages smelling of pee. Depressing. Ironic enough, the restaurant at Fløyen had a cheaoer vegetarian burger. I did not eat it, but considering what I ate, this burger is made by a proper cook that knows ingredients and food and I am sure makes it delicious and memorable. Besides in a restaurant with ambiance and an amazing view to Bergen. So, not only terrible food and location, but also expensive. Hands down the best burger I've had in a long long time, and I'm not talking only about vegan/veggie ones, but any burger at all. Top notch quality. AMAZING taste, customer service, delivery speed and overall restaurant ambient, super chill with good music at just the right volume. They also offer Burger+Fries+Drink at aroun NOK240-260, which is more than fair for what you get. Sadly they're not in Spain (at least for now), so I can become a regular customer. Found this great vegan restaurant while wandering around Bergen. My fiance is vegetarian (and I eat anything), so this place was definitely a win-win for us. I have to tell you, after getting the Garliciuos, I was completely blown away. Perhaps one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! The Chick'n burger was so good I couldn't care less that it was plant based. The rest of the fixings on the sandwich brought everything together so well! Such a great touch with the pickled onions, yum! The service was fantastic, and the vibe was really cool. If I lived in the area, I would for sure make this a must visit at least once or twice a month. My only regret is that we did not get to try the garlic butter fries.
