Norwegians call this a small library. I think it's huge by Sydney and Canberra standards.
There are many different sections where you can sit with a book or magazine or I guess, your own study material. It has a very, very nice ambience and the bare wood-looking floor gives it a fresh, clean Scandinavian feel.
There are special areas for children that are enormous. You can also borrow videos or order in material from related libraries. The staff are super helpful.
