Brøl — Restaurant in Stavanger

I visited Brøl during "spise ute uke" with a friend to try their pizzas. I was informed that the wait for a pizza would be around 45 minutes, which seemed excessive. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I tend to notice these things, and such a long wait suggests that the kitchen may be understaffed. Given that "spise ute uke" is a busy time, I expected more resources for smoother operations. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting the entire time we were seated. It seemed that the timing and orders were mixed up, which was disappointing, especially since it was my first visit. While I left feeling unmotivated to return, the kind waitress helped salvage the situation. She was impressively patient and understanding of our frustration, despite our hunger. We also received a small discount. I had to eat quickly as I was rushing to see a performance of Cassandra, but I ended up missing it because I arrived late. Overall, it was a frustrating day. I encourage management to ensure that they are better equipped and coordinated during busy periods like "spise ute uke." Without this, the service may detract from the restaurant’s reputation and overall experience for guests. I was extremely tempted to put only 3 stars, but I went back and the service was a bit better, the waitress forgot my cola and is valid, but the little details are the ones that give the whole experience. This is a very large bar and pizza restaurant with an amazing interior design. I randomly came across it as I was exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and the place has a very nice atmosphere. It was also very clean.

I ordered their spicy, and it arrived in a timely manner in around 15 minutes. It came with picked onions, cheese, tomatoes sauce, garlic sauce, herbs, and chili oil. And wow, this was really good! First of all, it was a crunch pizza, not just the crust, but also the thing base layer was crispy. Second, the sauces, toppings, chill oil used on the pizza results in a mixture of well balanced flavours: salty, slightly spicy, and slightly sweet. Finally, the dish stayed warm throughout the eating experience and flavours were consistent on each slice. The price was also very fair for the quality and portion size. It was satisfying and filling.

I recently visited a bar with a new concept, and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, with a cozy and comfortable vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in the door.

But what really stood out to me was the food. I tried Dagens Reuben sandwich, and let me tell you; it was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and expertly combined with just the right sauce and seasoning. Every bite was a delight, and I found myself savoring every last bite.

In addition to the easy and great food, the bar had a good selection of beers and wines to choose from. The wine complemented my sandwich perfectly, making for a truly memorable snack.
