New cashier working there is unfriendly and feels like she hates her job. It ruins the experience that makes you not want to come back and meet that person again.

Best most original sushi option that Stavanger can offer, no cream cheese, no strawberries, just fish and rice. Every time we order take out (our favorite “bare laks” set with salmon) its always different quality: sometimes salmon is thick and fatty and melts in mouth, sometimes thin slices and chewy, you never know, not always lucky.

Today’s order was perfect, delicious, salmon was fatty and melting in the mouth. Nigiri with scallop were fantastic.

We're obsessed and loyal to Sabi. They have their own app. They don't deliver but there are so many locations, it doesn't take long to pick up. The Pedersgata loc is closest to us and generally is our favorite, but we order from two others very regularly. Love them all.

Every time I visit Stavanger we must have sushi and that sushi can only come from here. Soo fresh! I love how vibrant the platers look when we get them. My favourite is the salmon rolls, the tuna nigiri and the well anything! Mixing and matching is the best. We are always full after so great in terms of portions. The chef's and staff are always so pleasant and keep to preparation time sooo well! They've never been late with us! Couldn't recommend this place more....
