Mini hotdogs – Subtle ketchup, punchy mustard, juicy ass dog—amazing seasoning. Beef neck & sausage – Reindeer pâté slaps. They say bacon, I say prosciutto. Pickled herring – Her mother’s recipe. Faultless. Seeded cracker bread complements sharp, dancing flavors.
I love the fact that the pastry chef explained my dish, then runs off to crack on with KP duties. The symbiosis here is well-practiced, regimented.
