Al Karawan Al Turki Restaurant — Restaurant in Muscat

Turkish Caravan has a solid 4.6 rating on Talabat, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did—it lived up to the hype!

I ordered the grilled boneless chicken and the fattoush salad, and both were excellent.

The salad was fresh, with crisp greens and a nice balance of tangy dressing that really brought out the flavors. The chicken was still hot when it arrived, juicy, and perfectly grilled. Plus, the portion sizes were generous—definitely a filling meal.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. I can see why it has such a high rating!

Turkish Sharooq is average here. Taste has come down since the past and not consistent. Nowadays they fill the shawarma with 60% Potato Chips and 40% Chicken and trying to save on Garlic Mayo as you find no Mayo inside. Plate Shawarma is good with Hommus and Salad given as sides with Fresh Breads. The Kebabs and Meat Platter is very good. Place is very very busy every evening. Price is lightly on a higher side, compared to other Turkish Restaurants around. But since it's always busy, you get the Freshest Sharooq and Meat...

Very well made grill. We had a mix mutton grill. An assortment of kababs, chops, tikka, araees and a lot more. Excellent salad, tandoori bread, tabolla, hummus, etc. And of course the mint tea. Full marks for service as well. Very courteous and caring. My whole family enjoyed the dinner. Recommend this place. This restaurant is in the middle of two other restaurants on either sides.
