The food is tasty great but, its over priced second thing we went before 2 days for reservations and we have specifically informed the person who managed our booking that we would like for the chops to be available at least 4 portions. As we arrived today we were so surprised and shocked that as there were no chops and couple of menu items were not there. We have asked for the manager and he had nothing to do for us even when we asked him why didn’t at least you called he had no answer nor any sort of compensation all he said was the supplier did not provide it we totally understand but yet there was plenty of time to call and inform us about the situation not let us arrive we our invitees and then leave because of your mismanagement so that was our experience of the day wish they improve and never embarrass they customers with their guests in such way.

A great restaurant - one of Muscat's best. It is to lamb and chicken what Turkish House is to fish and seafood in Muscat. Cheap and delicious with great service. The menu is very simple, there is chicken (roasted whole or grilled cubed as kebabs) and lamb (slow-cooked shanks or other bone cuts, or grilled cubed filets, or minced shish kebabs, or grilled lamb chops). The flavor of both meats is sublime (usually grilled meat has a strong flavor, but these have a subtle sweet flavor and they are so very much and tender). You can tell that great care had been taken by the way the chops were carefully trimmed of fat and dressed. Service is very good - everyone is served bread with an eggplant dip, then a chicken soup for starters. You then get to choose your salad and drinks from a push cart. Then the meat/s you have chosen is served (with light fluffy saffron rice if you ordered this - one serving is a lot). Then you get dessert (I was served a slice of water...
