Simitci Dünyasi - Mall of Oman — Restaurant in Muscat

Well am disappointed!!! We know weekends are crowded and dinings are full but that doesn’t give the employees to act rude and disrespectful.

Arrived at the restaurant and they have asked us to wait for 15 min with other 2 families as there are no waiting list service said the service (order manager). I was standing out side with my family and other customers approached and told the manager we will do you some advertising we are famous on instagram and he asked them to wait so i waved informing him am still waiting he looked at me with upset face and replied “i know”. So to show that he is in power he called the “instagram customers ” for a table and then called me for my table there was 15 sec gap but what it supposed to mean that he do what ever he wants!! So we have ordered 2 salads humus with meat and cheese kebab as starts and sharing salads were 8/10 humus was 10/10 and kebab was 3/10 there was no cheese filling in it !!!! Both the pastas were lack of taste like seriously tasteless the diners were 6/10 All our juices were slash but they brought me a lemonade i had to call the waiter 3 time all in all it took him 5 min to come to my table with a sarcastic smile asking why are you angry and said yes its wrong and will replace it. The brought all the food at once they prepared everything and put it on the table seriously never seen worse than this type of service. Now lets go for the payment of course there were missing items but we were fed up already so I noticed that the missing items are on the bill and asked him to cancel it. The service was very bad hospitality 0 (zero) staff friendliness was out of reach price was ok for 6 we paid around 50 On my way exiting the restaurant I noticed 2 other staff the operation manager and the branch manager to complain on what happened the branch manager was very understanding and told me that he will let the management know what happened I totally respect the guy for his effort was hopping for better experience but this is what happened all in all i would rate them 4/10 Food 5/10 Service 3/10 Ambiance 6/10 Cleanliness 4.5/10 Will visit again maybe but not...

All right! Just come & have a mouth watering breakfast or lunch! I had lunch today & it was superb. The place was full so I was asked to wait for 10 minutes. Lucky for me, I barely sat down & there was a table for me. It is always easier to find a table when you go solo 🙂 I ordered my food from the extensive menu full of Turkish delights & thought it will take a while to get my order but it arrived surprisingly fast. Had the house soup, it was chicken for me & I simply couldn’t finish it because the healthiest pomegranate & walnut salad arrived quickly. It was deliciously inviting too 🥗 Then finally came the lamp shank came along with pilaf rice, the lamp was setting atop a whole bunch of vegetables, that was barely cooked so it tasted fresh & crispy. There is still, sparkling, fresh juices & soft drinks available. There was no space for dessert 🍮 but promised myself to come back for that another day. Finished it with a small glads of red tea, that I always order to trick my brain into thinking the food will be digested by dinner 😋 The staff were courteous & attentive to my frequent calls!
