Staff I biass and racist, did not expect this from them. Today we (my wife, daughter and myself) went for dinner. When we reached there, there was not vacant table to sit inside so we were patiently waiting to get / have a vacant table. We were waiting for almost 10 - 12 mins. Suddenly one Egyptian family came and started talking to a waiter in Arabic and that waiter straight way took that family on that empty table, whereas my wife and daughter were waiting there for the table to get vacated and suddenly one of the waiter just got the Egyptian family and asked them to occupy the vacant table without looking or considering that we were already waiting there for getting a table. To our surprise the Male Egyptian male instead of respectfully moving away considering we were already waiting there for a table to get empty, he disrespectfully started shuing my wife. To which I reacted and went and ask the waiter did he not see that we were waiting there for the table to which he is telling me that I don't understand and what you are saying and who are you. Infact there were other Indian families there and they got up and vacated there table for us (as they were almost going to finish eating) but the Egyptian family just sat shamelessly without even feeling or being sorry of being disrespectful to my wife. Someone from the counter came and said sorry to me and my wife. I have been visiting this place for many years, always enjoyed the food and service but today shocked...

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sulaiman Pasha restaurant and have enjoyed their food many times over the years. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing and upsetting, especially as it happened in front of my family and other guests.
We came for dinner and were initially asked by one of the staff to sit inside due to the hot weather outside. While we were settling in and about to order, another staff member approached us and spoke very rudely, telling us that "families are not allowed here" and that "Omani people make problems" if families sit there.
This statement was not only disrespectful but completely untrue. I’ve been living in Oman for over 14 years, and I’ve always found Omani people to be respectful and kind, especially towards families.
The way this staff member spoke – loudly and without basic courtesy – was extremely embarrassing for me and my family, especially in front of other diners. There was no sign or notice indicating that the area was not for families. If there are rules, they should be clearly displayed and communicated politely.
To the restaurant management: Please pay closer attention to how your staff treat customers. No one deserves to be spoken to this way, especially loyal customers. Such behavior can damage the reputation of...

Later we gor food poisoning and while I am writing whole of family took stomach medicine and got very bad food poisoning.
Be very careful all, seems they are trying to hide real stuff beneath their Thahina or Mayonese.
