Muscat Turkish hostel (only for men) — Hotel in Muscat

The worst hostel experience ever. I booked a female room on agoda and it's confirmed. When i arrived the hostel, there's no reception desk at all. All i saw was dusty floor and slippers in front of doors. I called the owner and he said there's no female room, all rooms are male rooms and asked me to cancel the order.

I arrived Oman today at 3 am. I didn't want to bother the owner in the morning, but i had no where to go. All shops were closed. I stayed in gas station for 2 hrs and wait until 6am to call reception for help. All I wanted was just to leave my bag in hostel… And turned out there's no room for me at all even though my reservation was confirmed.

Very disappointing. Imagine sitting in front of a mosque with 2 backpacks at 6 am like a homeless person, in the first day of traveling in Oman…😂 That's my...

It's six months late, and it's my fault, but I want to leave a review about this hostel and its owner, Ruslan! It's a wonderful place where you'll be greeted and treated like family! I was immediately invited to eat pilaf, which one of the guests had prepared for us. I made friends there, and we later exchanged gifts. Ruslan is a wonderful person, he was truly helpful, never said no, and gave lots of advice! I highly recommend this place to start an incredible journey through Oman!!!

The hostel is located in a good place, the hostel is clean, Ruslan and his team keep it in order.

Amazing hostel. Comfy, cozy, warm and all facilities you need for good stay are available. The place is so organized and well managed with very peaceful atmosphere. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I really like it & enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend...
