I got the most pathetic service here. In the morning, I called and confirmed whether they allow pet at their venue or not. They said yes we can allow dog. Hence, I made a reservation for 8pm. Still, around 7pm, I called them again to double check our reservation and would they allow dogs or not. They said, our reservation is confirmed. But when we reached the venue, the owner greeted us and said we can't allow dog. I told them that I called twice and confirmed. They said one of our staff told you to bring dog but when that staff double checked with the owner they denied to the staff but they never informed us about it. We only got to know about it when we reached there, all ready to celebrate my dad's birthday. That totally spoiled my whole family's mood and they made us wait there for 5 minutes outside the place, where temprature was very high. Later, they said we can come but we will only be allowed in smoking area (wherein we specially reserved for the rooftop table, away from smoking area). Imagine, a family dinner in a place where all the people are drinking heavily and smoking(during the COVID-19 times where chances of contagious smoke are very high). They obviously couldn't deny us to dine in as it was their mistake and miscommunication so they made a offer which we cannot accept at any cost. But we peacefully left the place only conveying that "they are completely unprofessional and we didn't like how they behave". But sadly, it was not over there. They later called at my number and said "mam mujhe pata chla h aapki family bak bak karke gyi h". I replied we didn't misbehave at all and they must have recordings at their place so if they can prove that we at all misbehaved, I am ready to apologize, and if not, I will take legal actions if you call on this number again. Then I cut the call. I literally can't imagine, how can they misbehave when mistake was theirs. I am not sure whether this review will make any impact on them or not, but surely, if you are reading this, I will recommend you to think twice. I felt they were completely inhumane and one should not support such attitude. I am not the person who want revenge, but all I expect a decent apology as my family suffered on my dad's birthday. They totally spoiled our mood. But lucky for us, we got a last minute reservation at cafe uncover and their staff courtesy and food quality helped us overcome that horrible incident at this so called OVER THE TOP place. It was a great experience as it was my first time there 😊 . This is located near janakpuri metro station They recently opened again . I have heard they have great buffets .

Place was nice, clean n tidy. It was a Wednesday evening , We booked for my birthday lunch 20 guests

As I told it was my first time, I was little worried about the food and chargers but each and every time the manager mr. sumit made us comfortable, and explain it to me very humbly

Food were really delicious: Lots of starters (like tandoori chicken, Malai chicken & kebabs were delicious and lots of options for further.... Manager coming to the table and asking about the taste and any amendment needs to be made. They took my 💖 with their hospitality, it made my birthday special! Server was equally great.. Did a great job and kept offering as per our taste. We were 20 and everyone was catered as per our preference and palate. They told me since they opened 3-4 days back options in buffet will increase soon . M excited to come back again. Thank you so much for lovely food and serving us well.

It is an Indian restaurant with a uniqueness (All You Can Eat) Customers get a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters that they can season and cook on the grill at their table, Move to the main course buffet, we tasted almost all the items that served (like , chicken biryani, soup, chicken curry, sweet , mutton gravy, mixed veg was exceptionally amazing and biryani too , plain naan, noodles) in sweets : 2 types of 🍰 cakes, brownie, gulab jamun, moong dal halwa was good too

You can eat as much as you want. Drinking beverages are separate , which is not included in your per head price.

Event- My daughter's birthday party 1st problem - terrible terrible food. served the stale food to approx.50 guests. All got infuriated because of the food. 2nd No waiter was there to serve the snacks oh stale snacks. Our guests were asking for snacks and ended up picking them for themselves

3rd thing the man( SUMIT )started arguing in between the party for money (pay us for 60 and not 50. check my copy it is clearly written here) which i found a little odd 4th problem i got food poisoning after eating here my treatment went on for about a week

5th problem when we met him we said gathering will be of 50 to 60 people. he picked up the higher no. and noted it in his diary to show later on that you said that day gathering will be of 60 people. less than 40 people turned up so he charged me for that higher amount which he stealthily wrote without showing us. so be careful of his diary as to what he is writing in it 6th DJ for which he charged less amount just 4k he played terrible songs even after prompting he was not changing the songs. DJ didn't disserve even 4 rs. 7th game organizer for which he charged us spent barely 15mins. with kids and the lame excuse he made to leave early is that he doesn't have more chocolates to provide to the winners.
