I belong to advertising and marketing profession and served as creative lead all my life. I was invited on Iftar dinner by my nephew yesterday. The ambiance and looks were great, we were nicely attended by parking staff. But when we reached at second level where our table was booked in advance. We faced pretty strong smell of kerosene on the second level which was a put-off! The food served quickly and with courteously and with great care. We were never attended alone. But the food was very mild on spices. Beef kabobs and mutton karahi must be prepared according to original recipe and must be more spicy, the mutton karahi was pretty close to namkeen karahi which was not expected. I think, you should now introduce video recorded reviews on the spot, of course with the consent of the guests. It would certainly help you improve your menu and services. Why don't you introduce a facility to catch the fish on a nominal charge at a specific place, with hand line or fishing rods, strictly for fun and entertainment. I saw lots of breams and fingerfish in numbers eating on Nan and chapati pieces which we throw in water. It was a great excitement for kids also because my grand daughter was excited like crazy. The fresh, simple fried fish may be served to the customers on charges. You can also keep live halal fishes in a big aquarium and offer your customers a unique chance to enjoy fresh fish in season.
