Thought of trying Big Tree House after the hype. Went on a Saturday night at around 9:30 pm without any reservation (yeah I kno).. Thankfully the wait was hardly 10 mins as we were only 2 ppl. The staff was welcoming and courteous. We were shown our table. After looking at the menu we thought that the menu did not have a lot of variety considering they had only 2 types of chicken burgers and 3 types of beef burgers, 3 types of pizzas, 2 types of chicken steak and a few items on the menu were not available. Upon asking the waiter for his opinion, he suggested that we do not order burgers in case we weren't thinking of having beef burgers.. 🤔 So we ordered chicken parmesan and twin chicken steak along with mint lemonade. Our order arrived after about 20 minutes. Due to the huge size of our plates, the serving size seemed less. The chicken steak was good but the fries were really bad. The saute vegetables were placed underneath the stake which was then covered in sauce thereby covering all the vegetables in sauce. Chicken parmesan was above average too. The mashed potato served was average. Saute vegetables were again drowned with sauce. To top it all our drinks arrived when we were almost done with the meal. To my horror, half my glass was filled with crushed ice which seemed extremely pricey for 695 + tax.. During all this time, loud music kept playing from speakers on the sidewall which made chatting hard. Overall an average experience specially considering the food, ambience and their high prices.. Don't think I will be...

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit [Restaurant Name], and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I stepped inside, a calm and pleasant ambiance welcomed me. The soft background music, the aromatic air, and the smiling staff instantly washed away the fatigue of the day.
As I looked through the menu, my excitement grew even more. Each dish was described so beautifully that it became difficult to choose. I finally ordered the "Paneer Tikka Masala" with "Garlic Naan," and when the food arrived, its presentation alone doubled my appetite.
What made it truly special was the taste—it had a comforting, home-like flavor, but with a unique twist that made this restaurant stand out. The paneer was incredibly soft, and the spices were perfectly balanced, as if each ingredient had been chosen with love. Alongside, the "Mango Lassi" was refreshing and perfectly chilled.
The staff’s behavior was also very professional and friendly. They kept checking in politely to ensure everything was okay, and refilled water without even being asked—small gestures that truly touch the heart.
After spending time there, not just my hunger, but my heart felt full. This place isn’t just for having a meal—it’s a space to create lasting memories. I’ll definitely go back—and next time, I’m bringing my...
Read moreI'm glad to inform you that our experience from the time of reservation to the end of our visit was consistently outstanding. I would like to commend Mr. Atif, whom I assume is the manager and Mr. Ali, the order taker, for their exceptional service. Both individuals were highly cooperative, attentive to our needs, and provided thoughtful recommendations, whether it was regarding our choice of table or our food selection.
Mr. Ali demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the menu and exhibited adeptness in taking orders and offering suggestions.
We ordered the following items: Mexican nachos: 9/10 Beef Twin Steak: 8/10 Chicken tournedos: 8.5/10 Spaghetti Aglio E Olio: 9/10 Cosmos (Creme Brulee): 9.5/10, exceptionally delightful.
Although there was a mix-up with the side dishes, as mashed potatoes were served instead of the requested rice, the matter was promptly rectified upon our notification, and we were promptly provided with the correct side dish.
Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to couples (excluding those...
