This place is an absolute scam and I’m finally done staying quiet about it. After wasting a year and a ridiculous amount of money, I’m here to warn others.

First — never, ever pay them in advance. If you’re unhappy, forget about a refund. They’ll hold your money hostage and force you to pick other useless treatments instead.

I made the mistake of paying 325,000 PKR upfront for fat freeze and two micro needling sessions. When I showed up, I was horrified to see that unqualified staff with no medical degrees were performing the procedures. No doctor in sight. How is this even allowed? This is supposed to be a medical clinic, not a beauty parlor run by trainees.

None of their treatments are done by doctors — it’s all handled by staff with zero proper credentials. I have no idea why they even keep doctors on their payroll when they don’t actually treat patients.

After my terrible first session, I tried to get my money adjusted to something else. It took four exhausting months of non-stop calling, chasing, and begging for them to even respond. They only called me back when I threatened to leave this review.

They shifted my appointment to their DHA Phase 5 branch where I met Dr. Bushra, and after consultation I agreed to get a Glutathione IV package and a laser deal. She confidently claimed my skin tone would lighten by two shades. At least the staff there were polite and professional, especially Azhar, who gave me all my IV drips (again, NOT a doctor — just a technician but an extremely nice and respectful individual). The doctor would pop in for 30 seconds, fake a check-in, and disappear. Please note that I bought 12 sessions of IV

After a few sessions, Dr. Bushra vanished from the clinic without notice. During my final 12th IV session, I complained about seeing zero results after completing the full course. A clueless, inexperienced young girl posing as a doctor argued with me and claimed Glutathione doesn’t lighten skin tone at all — completely contradicting what I was sold. I told her to stop lying because my research, and their own staff, said otherwise. The situation escalated and, as expected, they promised someone from management would reach out.

Nobody ever did. Weeks later, I finally got a call from their so-called feedback department. I spent 10 minutes explaining everything, and the lady claimed she “couldn’t hear me” and would call back in 5 minutes. It’s been two months — still waiting.

They still owe me money. But unless you go there, scream, and make a scene, no one will help you.

To everyone reading this — their laser services are decent but everything else is a sham.

No certified dermatologists.

Incompetent, unqualified staff doing medical procedures.

False promises about treatments that don’t work.

A management team that hides and avoids customers once they’ve taken your money.

Don’t fall for this fraud. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risk — go to a certified dermatologist, not this pathetic excuse...

Also its not hard and fast that every time you came accross a same doctors. On my 5 visits I've encountered 3 doctors. Then comes to girls actually treating you and your skin. These girls are well trained. One girl who is treating you and your skin extremely well is Sidra Khan, she understands clients requirements and work accordingly. I've recommended her to the people who have visitied on the basis of my experience. Before actually treating, your face is properly shaved and white temporarily lines are drawn on the face, during that the mirror is always placed in your hands to guide according to your requirements. Glasses are placed on eyes to avoid laser light to pass in. The laser procedure is painless to little painful sometimes and at some areas. Time duration isn't that much too. Post treatment guidelines are given to you verbally n in written form too. On leaving a proper feedback document is given to you, to fill in your concerns and recommendations. Your appointment will be automatically scheduled for next month and you'll receive a call n confirmation message too. After every visit customer representative of venus aesthetic calls you to ask about your experience and feedback. And rates are affordable too. I am Writing this from my Husbands account! I came from London visiting Family in Pakistan and wanted a hydrafacial! I opened up google and searched the closest place to me with the best reviews. Venus aesthetics seemed like a good place to visit so I booked an appointment and went for my treatment!

Upon arrival I was greeted nicely, the place was giving good vibes and had lovely decor! I had an initial consultation with a doctor explaining what I wanted and she recommended the hydrafacial and also to take Rs14,000 rupee sessions which ONLY included 1 extra brightening mask! I opted for the hydrafacial for Rs 10,000

The facial I was told will last 1 Hour as there is alot of different procedures which sum up the hydrafacial! The ONLY thing carried out was Suction with water all over my face in which the lady ended up putting water up my nose causing me to nearly choke! And finally at the end she put on these LED lights on my face and that completed my "Venus aesthetics hydrafacial" Literally only 2 steps carried out and it was all completed in 35 minutes! I asked the lady who was doing the facial that there are many other steps in the facial why are you not doing those and she responded "this is our version of a hydrafacial". Really disappointed as there was NO difference to my skin after having this facial!

Complete waste of money, and I seriously doubt alot of the "paid" positive reviews already given to these guys by people!
