My wife choose this place for our anniversary dinner. As the name suggested it would be an authentic steakhouse with proper doneness graduations and yes they knew the difference between them. I ordered a beef steak and wife ordered the stuffed chicken steak. My beef steak came in at room temperature which was a pure disappointment but this is where it gets better. I informed the manager of the issue and he immediately admitted the mistake and told me that he will warm it but I insisted that as i ordered a medium rare and reheating will cook it more and it will be chewy and dry upon which he said that I can keep the steak with me and enjoy the sides while he brings me a fresh new steak. I was disappointed that I will have to finish my sides by then but to my surprise they served me a complete meal again with fresh new sides also and the this time the steak was piping hot and cooked as desired. Everyone can make mistakes but its how you handle the situation that makes the difference and they handled it exceptionally well. Their mac n cheese was bland but all other sides including fries and mashed potatoes were excellent. The steak was juicy and tender as requested. Their stuffed chicken steak was exceptional also and better then any other chicken steak we have tried anywhere, had nice flavour to it.
Will totally recommend it but order according to your taste. I heard someone shout at the server that the steak was under cooked when he ordered medium rare!!!! If u dont know the doneness grading of steak please dont order it. I totally liked their professional approach to an honest...

Ordered Chicken Strips as a starter. They were just okay, chicken was dry but the batter was a golden crisp. The taste was pretty average and actually better without the mayo garlic dip.
The Grilled Chicken was surprisingly good albeit a bit bland. The filling, spinach cheese, could have had more seasoning but at least the chicken was moist. Veggie were barely cooked though, just tasted of oil and chilli flakes. The potato mash was decent, the steak fries crispy but too oily, mushroom sauce was good though.
And now onto the star of the night, the ribeye (pan seared).
Firstly, the steak was hammered out. Okay, that's acceptable. But then why was it not cooked properly?
Had asked for a medium rare, what they served was a medium to medium well that was unevenly cooked, pink and moist in some places, grey and dry in others. On top of that, much of the fat hadn't been rendered down properly. The rich, buttery melt-in-your-mouth texture was missing, instead it was chewy and oily.
Perhaps the only salvation was the seasoning and the bone marrow butter add-on which was again, surpringly, sublime. The tarragon sauce was just okay though.
The atmosphere was actually very nice (and so was the peach mojito). Can't say the same for the service. Despite half the restaurant being empty and an ample staff, it was quite a hassle to get service.

Was going to order a grilled rump but decided on the best on the menu for my friend Rib Eye for him and T-bone for me. Both arrived looking wonderful, although we had to sit through a terrible odor coming from one of the air coolers. Put up with it as this restaurant had been highly recommend. My T-bone was ordered rare and my friends was medium. His arrived well done and tough, mine medium and the T-bone that thin could never be cooked rare. Both meals were a total disappointment. The vegetables were under cooked, the mashed potato well l won't comment at all on it. The chips were well cooked and the Pina Colada was excellent.. Nice clean restaurant with helpful staff. But to order the dearest things on the menu and be unable to eat them was totally disappointing. Both were bought to the staffs attention as soon as we cut into them. We were to catch a bus so said would eat as we never had enough time to re-cook. But was totally disappointed to find on receiving the bill we had been charged full amount for food we left as was to tough to eat. For nearly 18,000 rupees l expect the best.
