FINALLY ONE OF THE PLACES I LOVE 💗 THE MOST WHEN IT COMES TO INTERNATIONAL FOOD CHAINS ⛓ HAS LANDED 🛬 HERE IN LAHORE. IHOP {Intentional Home of Pancakes 🥞}. Location:- Off M M Alam Road, Near Mandarin Kitchen , Saku Hana , Gulberg, Lahore. . Wow 🤩 upon arrival or entrance not only greeted with the warm welcome by staff but was also stunned 🥰 to see the before decor , which was giving you the Diner Kinda vibes. Amazingly built there are altogether three floors where one can sit down 🪑 and dine 🍽. One is ground , then mezzanine and the basement. . We or my family and I decided to sit down downstairs where there nice big couches. . . Menu is almost the same abroad. Just a few items I saw were added may be to attract the local pallet. . Anyhow we ordered the folllowing . 2). Two Full Size Create your own Omelettes {with lots of different stuffings and toppings, like grilled chicken , ham , beef bacon , spinach , mushrooms, roasted bell peppers, three cheese blend and sausages}. . 2). Ordered Two Small Stack of Pancakes 🥞 (accompanied with butter and two flavors of maple 🍁 syrup) with each of the above mentioned omelettes. . 3). Ordered double hash browns two with the omelettes and one separate. . 1). One Moroccan Chicken 🐓 with butter corn 🌽, French Fries 🍟 and garlic bread . 1). One WAFFLE 🧇 Stack Breakfast 🍳 Sandwich 🥪 . 1). One Chicken 🐓 Clubhouse Sandwich 🥪. . 1). One Chicken Quesadilla . 1). One Appetizer platter. . And Drinks 🍺. . Allahumdulilah the food was beyond phenomenal and remarkably outstanding. Loved 🥰 each and everything. Bests were the omelettes , hash browns , pancakes 🥞 , chicken club house and waffle stack. . Even though the Moroccan chicken 🐓 was very nice 😊 thought in my opinion or we found it a bit salty. So I guess they may need to lower the salt content in it. . Quesadillas and appetizer platters both were satisfactory nothing special. . My special thanks ☺️ and humble gratitude 🙏 to the management and staff members for making our trip worth a visit. We had a really good time and it brought back some our memories from our experience in abroad. . InshaaAllah definitely coming back to try more items in the...

I visited IHOP today at around 2:30 PM after seeing their Instagram posts and menu online. The atmosphere and ambiance were impressive, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.
Upon arrival, a lady who later introduced herself as the manager handed us two menus, one for pictures (in terrible condition) and another for prices. Since we had already seen the Instagram menu, we assumed the photo menu matched what was online, so I ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes (short stack) priced at 499 PKR on Instagram.
The order took 20–30 minutes to arrive. After finishing, the bill came to around 1,100 PKR, more than double the price listed online. When I asked the waiter, he quickly tried to process payment without clarifying. I insisted on speaking to the manager. First, a cashier came (not the manager), and when questioned about the price change, he blamed the marketing department for not updating Instagram a poor excuse, since customers see the business as a whole, not separate departments.
Eventually, the same lady returned, claiming again to be the manager. She refused to admit any fault, saying their “customers know about the old and new menus.” I pointed out that this attitude alienates new customers and shows a lack of value for them. Her response and tone made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
They also mentioned the prices had been updated for two months yet in all that time, they had:
Not updated the Instagram menu.
Not prepared proper in branch menus in good condition.
Not trained staff to handle such situations politely.
This was a very disappointing experience for an international brand. I went in expecting professionalism and transparency but left feeling undervalued and frustrated. New customers deserve the same respect and clarity as regulars something IHOP Gulberg clearly...
Read moreToday, I had a terrible experience at the IHOP Gulberg branch around 5 PM. First, there was no greeting or host to show us to a table, or even said welcome, so we decided to choose our own. Eventually, we had to call someone to serve us. The server, who didn't introduce himself, jumped right into taking our order. He was polite and helpful.
I ordered the sampler, which was decent, but the onion rings had large crumbs and were overly oily, leaving much to be desired. I also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, which was served with a slice of tomato and a couple of pickles. The chicken was too small and didn’t even cover the burger. While I was trying to cut it at the table for my kids to share, I showed it to my server. He was generous enough to bring another piece, which was just grilled chicken. I appreciated his effort to fix the issue, but I still felt the sandwich didn’t meet IHOP’s standards.
The rest of the food was okay. My kids ordered a vanilla milkshake, a mango mojito, and a passion mojito, which we enjoyed. However, my daughter pointed out that there was a plastic lid or a component of a blender at the bottom of her milkshake. This was alarming, as I wasn’t sure if it was blended or chipped, which could pose a serious problem if my child swallowed any foreign particles.
At this point, I had already paid my bill, but I wanted to speak to a manager. I was informed that the manager had already left, so I spoke with Mr. Omer, the shift in charge. He came and apologized politely and did his best to explain the situation. Unfortunately, I left feeling unhappy, especially since I requested to speak with a manager or have someone reach out to me via email. I kept hearing that the manager had left.
I provided my number to Mr. Omer and would appreciate a call from his manager or someone from...
