Read moreI had the most irritating experience at cafe aylanto mm alam branch..the welcoming lady on the front desk was not welcoming at all...she asked me how many person are you ..I said 3..all adults? I said yes...and she gave me a table ..it was around 6.50..and she said you have to free this table at 7.40...I didn't understand why..then I called her back and she said ..this particular table is reserved at 7.40...so u have to go by then..I was like it's already 6.50..even your food will not be served by then..give me a table that's not reserved ..she said no other table is free...I saw 3 empty tables without reserve tags ..I told her to give me those..she said no ..and said I will move you once some already occupied table gets moved...I mean who treat your guests like that...anyway waiter was not interested in taking an order...it was like I am eating there for free n they r giving me a favour...anyway...we had our dinner...now my third frd brought her 3 Yr old sleeping kid...the kid slept the whole time ..didn't make a noise...then I ordered the deserts..the same lady came..and she said..when you came ..u told me there will be no kids ..but now there is a kid so you have to leave as other guests are complaining ..WHAT FOR...THE KID DIDNT MAKE A SOUND..ITS A CAFE NOT A BUSINESS MEETING..I MEAN I UNDERSTAND IF THE KID IS FUSSY OR SOMETHING ...I said I am leaving in 10 min i am just waiting for my car and..after this desert is finished..and she was like 10 min is too much plz leave early..THATS RUDE ...i left in 5 min..kept standing outside in heat of june as it rained and my car was but late...my bill was around 12.5k for 3 ppl and I tipped 500 as well..though they didnt deserve a single penny for service...I just left in 5 min without creating a scene as it was my visit to pakistan after 3 years and I didn't wanna ruin my mood....no bye no thanks or come again by staff...I don't know what was wrong with them..

Read moreI have a lot to write but I will try to be short and precise. First of all, don’t create the hype which you can’t maintain. If you are an average cafe run by average management, just be it. Your cutlery tells the whole story. The serving dish was cracked. The plates were rough. As a manager, running an international food chain in Australia, this stuff matters a lot. Except the valet guy, not a single management inside the restaurant was trained enough to serve a customer. Now lets talk about food. As I have already mentioned above about the hype you have created, the food quality was as low as Umar akmal’s whole cricketing career. You people really need to balance between the hype, ambience, quality and quantity. Look, its not about money and you know it. Anyone enters in your restaurant has approximate idea about the expense going to occur, but the question is, is it really justice to everyone? Some people work hard for money you rip off in minutes. The quantity/ serving portion was lesser than my back overcoat’s pocket tbh. I can literally adjust these all lamb chops in my single pocket. I am not being rude but this is true. The sauces beside the chops had no taste, it felt like neem garam pani. And the biggest mystery was appetiser, which I am still wondering about. Overall, I wish google would give 0 star option so I would give you that. The restaurant need A LOT of improvement, training and THINKING to do right now.
