Disappointed Yet Again!!! Why o why did I forget that I had promised my self not to go to McDonald's long te ago! My son is having exams and wanted a quick bite so I thought that McDonald's will save time to get food and coffee at one place. The order was quick but made me feel dejected and depressed for choosing McDonald's. The burgers were pathetic and lacked meat.. fries were cold as if from refrigerator and drinks were warm and without any fizz. I complained and got to know that they are pouring drinks from 1.5 litters Pet bottles.. and the chocolate sundae was melted. Complaining to manager about food and service made me realize that problem was not only with our food it was with every customer. So general level of food and service is pathetic and yet acceptable for management and the customers. I asked for refund and he said he cannot refund as we have already started our food. I would suggest all you guys to go to any place that is selling fresh food instead of wasting your hard earned money at McDonald's...

Shame on you Mcdonalds. Such a big name and pathetic and so small attitude. Shame shame shame ! Kept us waiting for 20 mins on the drive through order taking point and then we asked for compensation the guy came after 25 mins and committed to give us regular fries as compensation. On receiving our order they simply denied and said nobody committed and it’s not possible. It’s not the matter of just fries it’s the matter of commitment and dignity! Which Mcdonalds has lost simply. Never ever going there again. Pathetic low grade and shameless people hired at the said branch. Dieing for just small fries low mentality. I am not hungry for fries or anything neither I’m a regular customer but I had to choose McDonald’s because of some emergency and was in a rush. Boycotting Mcdonalds for one more reason along with being Israel support 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 P.S:- the manager there named Mr Afaaq was so ill mannered and didn’t even know how to communicate at all.
