we recently dined at Blue Lagoon Rawalpindi, Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a significant overcharge on our dinner bill. I believe it's important to share my experience to warn others and hopefully encourage the restaurant to improve its practices.
The meal itself was not bad, and the service was satisfactory. However, upon receiving the bill, I was shocked to discover that the total amount was substantially higher than what it should have been based on the number of people and the items we had ordered. It appeared to be a deliberate attempt to overcharge us.
I immediately brought this issue to the attention of CEO Abdullah Saeed Khan, who seemed unprofessional and rude behavior, rather than come to the issue he asked irrelevant questions about our colleagues.
Deliberate overcharging is not only unethical but also damages the trust of customers of Blue Lagoon. It's disheartening to think that this could be a recurring issue, and I hope the management takes this matter seriously and investigates the incident thoroughly.
In addition to the overcharging, I found the whole experience quite disappointing. It's essential for any establishment to provide a transparent and fair billing process to maintain their customers' trust.

Read moreI organised a party last month and I was in the understanding that what ever is agreed during the meeting it will go accordingly. Furthermore I selected decor for stage after detail discussion with Mr. Awais over the whats app. When the day came, my all assumptions and expectation turned out negative when I reached in Crystal Hall the Hall was quite hot and main stage decor was not as per agreement. We spend 3-4 hours almost with out Air conditions with 250 guests! The food was good. After couple of days I went to see the CEO and registered my complaint regarding Air conditions and disagreement on stage decor? He was so kind and he explain me multiple technical reasons on Air conditions performance ..... and he promise me that he will talk to Mr. Awais and come back to me. It is almost two weeks passed and till today I am still waiting for his call. I tired multiple time and leave messages in his office but no vain. The best thing what they did it they took more then 100% in advance even decor charges as well!
