Warning: FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AT HOT N CHILLI RESTAURANT

I recently dined at Hot n Chilli and discovered that they are deceiving customers by charging taxes without actually paying them to the government. Their menu prices include tax, but when I requested a receipt, they provided a simple receipt without an FBR invoice number. I suspected they were pocketing the tax amount, so I asked for an FBR receipt. Despite my insistence, they failed to provide one.

I demanded a refund for the tax amount they had taken, as I didn't want to be a part of their fraudulent activities. They reluctantly refunded 15% of the bill. Although my bill was relatively small, I couldn't help but think about how much they must be looting from unsuspecting customers daily.

I urge everyone to be aware of this practice and demand an FBR POS receipt if you're charged tax. Don't let restaurants like Hot n Chilli get...

Hot N Chilli, located opposite Blue Area in Islamabad, offers delightful cuisine with a slight caveat in quantity. The food is undeniably tasty, and the overall atmosphere is pleasing. Especially noteworthy is their arrangement of heaters during the winter, providing a cozy setting. The restaurant also boasts a well-managed parking area.

However, my only qualm lies in the portion sizes, which I found to be on the smaller side. If the restaurant addresses this aspect and enhances the quantity of the servings, it has the potential to elevate the dining experience to a new level. In summary, Hot N Chilli is a good restaurant with delicious food and a pleasant ambiance; tweaking portion sizes would undoubtedly make it an even better dining...

I was there regular customer first they didnt listen properly on call what other person is ordering and send the incomplete order..

Secondly always make wrongs commitments i said to the person that i want my complete order he said wait for the rider and then after waiting for 40 more minutes i called again they said i m sorry rider is busy we will compensate next time.. alas one time i ordered and never received it and then i call they said you didnt place the order My thought about them is food is good but the management in blue area branch is quite pathetic because i have been using them for 2 years now they are doing mistakes frequently as a regular client i m highly disappointed about there...
