I’ve been to good and bad restaurants but never had such terrible experience that I had at your place. I had a good conversation with your bar manager and met your chief chef before dining and casually said that I’m looking forward to good food, which they humbly obliged.

I guess that’s where it all went wrong and they have served the worst steak I ever had. It took them an hour to get the food ready. I’ve requested medium well Mushroom steak which was served cold-plate, terribly undercooked with lots of gravy dripping down from it (not that steak was juicy). Sauté vegetables and fries were just warm.

It’s not that one dish went wrong, every ordered steak was full of errors with wrong sauce, wrong sides and served in cold plates. Serving size is very less for the price they’re charging. Sole Mediterranean fish was cooked like it was sushi. Drinks were not up to the mark, especially their welcome shots. Only good thing for the evening was their mozzarella cheese sticks and shrimps.

Deflambe needs to improve their services, especially if they have to cater for different orders at the same time. You can’t just impress people with smokey stuff and putting fire on your bar, well-cooked and tasty food is...

Came here following a food vlogger's recommendation, but found everything lacking from food to service. Unfortunately, my dining experience at De Flambe was profoundly disappointing, from the food quality to the service. Below is a detailed account of my visit:

Starter - Mozzarella Sticks with Fries. The fries were decent.The mozzarella sticks were poorly made and lacked flavor.

Main Course - Spicy Mutton Chops. The chops were undercooked and not prepared as expected. They were taken back, overcooked on the outside, yet still raw inside. Second Attempt by Senior Chef - Even with a new sauce and mashed potatoes, the chops remained poorly prepared. I was informed by the MANAGER that a junior chef initially prepared our meal. Even after a senior chef took over, the quality did not improve.

Basic hygiene was not maintained, as utensils were provided bare-handed by the waiter.

I do not recommend De Flambe based on this experience. The overall quality and service were well below expectations for a restaurant that came highly...
