Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between cozy and elegant, making it ideal for both casual outings and special occasions.

We ordered the wings, drumsticks, fries, salad, drumsticks rice and other drinks and every bite was bursting with flavor—clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The presentation was beautiful, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming and the serving person was named RIDA she always treated us good as their regular customers.

Our server was attentive without being intrusive, offering great recommendations and checking in just the right amount.

Very disappointing experience at Pelicana. I was charged tax and specifically asked if I would receive the FBR QR code as proof. The manager assured me their system was integrated with FBR—but after making me wait over 40 minutes and several back-and-forth calls, they admitted it wasn’t. No QR code, no refund, and no accountability. Staff later claimed they didn’t even know the system wasn’t integrated.

On top of that, the food was a letdown. Chicken pieces were extremely small, portions were overpriced, and the yogurt with onion powder lacked any real flavor.
