Café Unido - Torre Banistmo I love the Café Unido Iced latte. Service is fast and friendly with a smile. I also like the fact that Unido tries to use as little plastic as possible (I've been to different locations several times). The coffee, cappuccino or iced latte comes in a cup or in a glass. Quite nice place! Cool interior, quick and attentive staff, very quick food and drink prep times. Avo toast was above average for Panama, still not the top tier level you’d find it other cities (yolk was dry, serving wasn’t that big, but sourdough bread was great), but Panama is struggling on perfecting this dish, so let’s acknowledge the small progressions, and appreciate the little things today.
