Hooters — Restaurant in Bella Vista

My family and I decided to visit Hooters during our visit to Panama city. When you first arrive, you realize that there no hostess so you can chose where to sit. We decided to sit far from the bar since we had an under age child with us (we went there for 6pm). At first, we thought that we were sitting near the washrooms and then we realized that they were located across from were we were located. We are not sure why the establishment smelled like piss. We had this waitress (blond afro) who was very nice and took our order and brought us out drinks. We waited a while (25min+ and the place was empty) and we had another waitress bring our order, we notified her that the order was wrong and she said .."that's not my problem, I'm just in charged of bringing the food". So we asked her to call the other lady (blond afro lady) and she confirmed the order was wrong. I'll be honest, they made a big deal about bringing the correct order and we decided to eat what they brought. I was not impressed with the tasteless chicken wings. I went to the washroom and they didn't have water so you couldn't flush and none of the washrooms was in service. Forget about soap, it's a 99% water and 1% soap mix.

At the end the waitress came to get payment and she tipped herself 10$, not what we asked for. My family felt uncomfortable since the girls were busy flirting with my husband I just thought it was funny how disrespectful they were.I would not recommend this place, I dislike leaving bad feedback but I don't want anyone to be disapointed...just go to a...

I’ll start by saying the food was good. However, that’s about the only positive I can muster. We started by asking if they could put the NHL game on. The server said probably, but that she’d have to ask her boss. In the meantime we sat down and ordered a beer. They were out of stock on the kind we wanted. No big deal, we ordered another kind. It came mediocrely cold. We waited a while, and asked the status on the hockey game again. The server said the boss is busy in a meeting and she would ask after. We waited a little longer, and finally asked again after hearing no word back as we ordered some food. The server asked us to write the game down, so we did, but unfortunately they later told us they couldn’t put it on. The food eventually came and the server asked if we wanted ketchup. We said yes, but she proceeded to chat with her co-worker who was just getting off shift. We ended up having to get the ketchup ourselves. At this point we’re a little disappointed as it was pretty slow in there and all the servers just seemed to be standing around. When we finally went to pay, the sever asked if we wanted to leave a tip on our card, and instead of the percentage we told her, she typed it in as the dollar amount. Unfortunately, their machines don’t show you the total amount until the receipt prints out, so we couldn’t correct her. Needless to say, they got a much bigger tip than deserved. I ain’t...

My boyfriend and I came to eat with some family, our server Tamara stated off by saying there’s new rules including she can’t take stuff off the table without gloves. We ordered drinks and she held the ids without gloves, and when she got one drink wrong she picked it up off the table without gloves. When we ordered our food one of us ordered half and half wing flavors, when we did she said that the cooks in the back were unable to do that because they are new. When she brought us our food, the wing flavors on one were wrong. We said it was fine because we didn’t want to trouble her because she looked like she was having a hard time already. She brought us our checks, one was $79 and ours was $15, the $79 bill was payed with cash and we payed with card. She charged our card for both bills, she said it shouldn’t go through because it was void but when we checked the bank account it was pending and when we showed her she said it didn’t charge it even though it said hooters and the $79 said pending. The manager said the refund would take 48 hours to go through. Overall the service was not very good and the food was at least edible. If you’re looking for wings I would never...
