My wife and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Niba in the Hilton Hotel on Balboa Avenue, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The evening was made truly exceptional thanks to the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the restaurant's team. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was perfect. Gloria, the manager, personally ensured that we were seated at the best table in the house, offering a breathtaking view of the magnificent Bay of Panama. It was the ideal setting for such a special occasion. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a beautifully arranged stand with a "Happy 25th Anniversary" message, which added a personal and touching touch to our evening. Alejandra, our server, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the meal. Her warm and professional demeanour truly enhanced our dining experience. The food itself was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, reflecting the high standards of the restaurant’s culinary offerings. We were even given complementary Cava and a dessert with “Happy Anniversary # 25” written in chocolate. A highlight of the evening was the visit from Erik, the chef. We had the pleasure of meeting him in person and expressing our gratitude for the remarkable meal. Thank you to Gloria, Alejandra, and Erik for making our 25th wedding anniversary...

Kate the supervisor at Hilton Panama sent us here and I'm glad she did. Food is lovely and service friendly with best drink recommendation. I asked for the most popular cocktail and Keicholyn recommended the Asigiggi (I might have misspelled) and it was great! We loved our food and we she also took lively pictures of us which is not really her job but the views here of Panama City and the Bay especially at night are to die for! Only recommend she check on us faster between parts of the meal so we don't have to grab her attention when she's busy, and unfortunately because our bill was split between a complimentary portion and the drinks but I left the tip based on the entire bill, the system blocked her from putting our tip on the card cause it was bigger than the bill it was on so we had to go to the room to get cash, and it would be nice if they program the machine for a manager override at least in unusual situations like this that are not fraud. But Keicholyn is a sweetheart! Outside of that minor issue loved the place, food, drinks, view, and vibe! I'm assuming prior reviews were from a different chef cause my husband is extremely picky about the quality of his food and he loved his steak, and it was cooked medium well just as requested! Definitely a perfect last night...

This was our first dinner in Panama City and to be honest I was a little bit hesitant to go here because of the previous reviews. I’m SO GLAD we went here! 5 star experience from the atmosphere…the service…the food…and the presentation of the food, just everything was incredible! We ordered Cerro Punta Salad and Pacific Fresh Ceviche for appetizers. As for the main course, we ordered Seafood Creamy Rice and Skirt Horseback Style. It all looked so good and tasted even better. The main course portions were also quite big, we were so full and satisfied after our dinner. Our server, Bertilio, was also extremely nice and attentive.
