Bonvoy Platinum Benefit

As Bonvoy Platinum members we would enjoy breakfast and evening happy hour at the restaurant over a two-week period in lieu of the Club Floor Lounge which has been closed for over a year and no one appears to know if or when the lounge will ever re-open!

Buffet was an assortment of hot and cold items and featured an omelette station, as well specialty coffees were complimentary to platinum members.

Evening happy hour was limited to house drinks and local beers. Snacks had to be ordered individually and delivered to the table. There was no limit on drinks or snacks. Some days the snacks which included a dessert were more filling, other days a wee bit sparce (Think Salsa and corn chips)!

Service was always good and boxed water was always complimentary through out the day for Platinum members.

A big thank you to all the fine staffs who excelled in providing a high-quality experience and in particular Flor (Morning) and Dayana (Night) who always greeted us personally remembering our names and order preferences and made our day with their cheery...

I'm a gringo from Florida and here in Panama City for5 years....and I have eaten at most of the steak houses in the City. I celebrated my 74th birthday on the 9th and I ordered the $21 fillet de Carney and it was no doubt the BEST STEAK I have eaten in PTY. The chef came to our table and chatted with us giving us his secret way of preparing a perfect Medium Fillet without butterflying it 1 1/2 inch thick perfect steak. Magnifico....

The place is small but it could be cozy. Food is good. Nothing great but not bad. The PROBLEM here is the LOUD music. Some nights with a DJ. Loud music in a restaurant is poor education/low culture. If you go to a restaurant; you want to be able to talk. In there because of the Loud music you had to scream ! I have talked to Management in the past but they haven’t done anything to...
