Also, I asked for a regular and they gave me a large and charged me a large (probably because she didn't understand English. A lot of tourists coming to the shop, maybe the owner should invest in getting them to learn some English. It'll be good for the business). People are really nice here. Always smiling and polite and good customer service. The environment is good too. Not loud and soft mellow music, unlike everywhere else ugh. Only if the coffee would've been good :(.

Nice and calm space for a cup of coffee or tea. Sit down and relax either outside awning or gazebo; inside lobby or a second floor where you can pick a book and spend some reading or have a planning assisted by your phone as they have free wifi. The place is great for a snack and relax from your visit to Panamá. It is is front of the "Malecon" where you can also rent a bike for more aventure and sight-seeing tour.

I got an ice chai latte, have in mind that this drink doesn’t include the milk. I paid 4.95 for the ice chai latte + 0.75 for the milk. Overall nice place, the drink was nice ( not super sweet). Only feedback would be to have the menu with the ingredient descriptions of each drink.

Nice coffee. Attentive staff. But all goes south when you ask for little milk in the coffee. Not this local but all Coffee Bean & Tea restaurants don't offer milk unless you pay extra. Not like Starbucks and every other coffee joint on the planet. Silly as it may seem they're thinking you should pay extra somehow for steamed milk which I don't want anyway. Somebody up the corporate ladder needs to get a grip or what? Or people like me will walk an extra few minutes to Starbucks. Think about that...

Had a great experience at this location. It seems like a nice place to gather and work on homework or have a quick business meeting. The area upstairs has comfortable single couches and tables for laptops. The coffee shop offers wifi (a big plus for me these days) but the connection was a bit complicated. The price ranges are similar to other globally branded chain coffee shops. I'd say about 8 - 12 USD for a drink and something to munch on. The quality of the food is pretty good....
