Honestly, due to the pictures I had seen for this place on Instagram, I had high expectations from it. Unfortunately, I got very disappointed after visiting as the food did not taste as great as I had imagined from the looks of them in pictures. I had a burger which had to have a smokey-like taste which I didn't not find when I ate it. Plus, it tasted just like any other regular burger you can have at any burger joint. It lacked that uniqueness thta would make it distinguishable and force you to come again and have another one or perhaps a different one from the menu. The only item I had that really got me were the cheesy tacos they have. Those were off the hook! The ambience was something else that threw me off as well because the place is too loud for my taste and I had to be yelling to my friends when talking to them. Needless to say, they were yelling to me too when replying. This is uncomfortable if you want to chat, dine, and drink...

Had a breakfast here on a Sunday morning. Took longer than we expected but we were a group of 5. The prices weren’t great but the food was even more disappointing. Everything was bland and my omelette was watery and tasteless. Cachapa was good but the pork was flavourless and the cheese was overwhelming. Our drinks came to our table long after our meal. Asked for lactose free milk - this request was ignored.

Value - 3/10 Service - 2/10 Food...

Tuve una muy mala experiencia dado a que realize un pedido para llevar "take-out". Aun estando en el establecimiento la forma de pedir es atravez de WhatsApp lo cual no tuve ningun problema. Al llegar las meseras fueron amables y nos sentaron en una mesa mientras esperábamos. El ambiente estaba bien pero decidimos hacer el pedido para llevar por elección propia. Los precios vs porción la verdad estan bastante bien y el sabor de la comida fue excelente. Donde se torno desagradable fue camino a casa me percató que tengo varias llamadas perdidas lo cual les escribo si sucedía algo mal o se nos quedaría algo en el establecimiento. Recibo un mensaje muy desagradable departe del servicio al cliente de whatsapp que mi pedido habia salido y no lo habia retirado! Cual quede perpleja porque llevábamos todos nuestros pedidos completos a casa! Mas alla me llama irresponsable! y me bloquea. Muy inadecuado y fuera de lugar porque tenia tanto mi factura y comprobante de pago que el pedido fue retirado y cancelado. Les escribí de otro número para aclarar lo sucedido pero ni para disculparse por tal manera de tratar a una cliente. Las personas que me acompañaron quedaron con el mismo mal gusto de tal atención.
