I absolutely love PIZZERIA ITALIA & ITALIAN BURGER! The food is incredibly tasty and always fresh. My wife and I find ourselves coming here often during the week just to indulge in their delicious offerings. The flavors are so authentic and reminiscent of Italy.

"Pizzeria Italiana" NO. Mi dispiace doverlo scrivere nella recensione ma in questo locale in stile truck food non fanno una pizza che può essere neanche lontanamente chiamata italiana. Per esempio la pizza margherita, la più semplice mi è stata servita bruciata (sia sopra che sotto), completamente secca, con la mozzarella stracotta e sopra ci hanno messo uno strato di fettine di pomodoro fresco. L' ho mandata indietro e ho fatto presente alla cameriera che avevo ordinato una semplice pizza margherita (salsa di pomodoro, mozzarella e basilico 11euro) e il proprietario molto gentilmente è venuto al tavolo e mi ha detto che i suoi nonni sono napoletani ma il pizzaiolo è venezuelano e ai Panamensi la pizza piace così. Non mi risulta e non voglio discutere sui gusti dei panamensi, gli ho fatto presente che forse dovrebbe cambiare il nome della pizzeria e mettere "Pizzeria Panamena" perché in un locale che si chiama "Pizzeria Italiana" un cliente si aspetta di mangiare una pizza italiana. L'altra pizza ordinata era una pomodoro, prosciutto crudo e rucola, il pomodoro era esageratamente dolce, con un gusto simile più al ketchup che ai pelati San Marzano come dovrebbe essere, il prosciutto crudo senza sapore. Spero che prendano la mia recensione come suggerimento per migliorare la qualità della pizza e delle materie prime che utilizzano perche mi sembrano di qualità inadeguata ai prezzi. The man has a passion for food which is a hallmark of a great restaurant and something I deeply respect.
