My wife and I went for an early Friday evening dinner date at RICHA, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was very pleasant. We were warmly greeted and promptly shown to our table, which set a welcoming tone for the evening.
Our server brought us menus, but we had already heard that the weekly specials were not to be missed, so we focused mainly on those. For appetizers, we ordered the provoleta and the tuna carpaccio, and both were absolutely outstanding. The flavors were well-balanced and prepared with great attention to detail.
For our main courses, we chose the highly talked-about lamb chops and the pasta carbonara. The lamb chops truly lived up to their reputation—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The carbonara was also delectable, creamy without being heavy, and beautifully presented. To accompany the mains, we ordered the grilled palmitos and the roasted Brussels sprouts as side dishes. Both were excellent, but the Brussels sprouts stood out so much that I could honestly eat them as a main course on their own. They were that delicious.
Dessert was equally memorable. We shared the cinnamon roll cheesecake and the kinafe, and both were fantastic finishes to an already wonderful meal. Each dish throughout the evening showed both creativity and quality in preparation, which we appreciated greatly.
If I were to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to add tablecloths to elevate the dining atmosphere and to place felt sliders on the bottom of the chairs. The chairs make noticeable noise when sitting, adjusting, or getting up, which can be a little distracting in an otherwise enjoyable setting.
Overall, the food, service, and hospitality at RICHA made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We will certainly be returning and recommending...

Hoy pedimos Filete 3/4. Medio durito, buen sabor y coles [ mi esposo ama las coles) estan con un toque diferente pero buena Pasta corta y marisco, llego dura y parecia le habian puesto pasta de tomate super acida. Incomible. No pude con ella
Pedi un filete 3/4 llego 50 (medium). Parece lo recortaron de otro pedazo no estaba sellada completamente. La parte que daba al plato muy roja. Esta vino con una salsita chimichurri muy rica, que el otro filete en su presentacion no trajo. Ensalada bien. Plato un poco frio. Habia pedido pan de masa madre nunca llego.
*. Casa bonita con estacionamientos. Edgar quien nos atendió inicialmente conocía perfectamente el menú. Cuenta con 2 salones reservados y un amplio salón. Colores neutrales que brindan paz. Cocina con vidrio que podías ver las preparaciones. Baños olorosos e impecables. Que atinados!
Iniciamos con un plato de banagabush, humus y pan de masa madre, para compartir. El babaganush limpio, ahumado, perfecto, sabor profundo y delicado. El humus mantenía su sabor a garbanzos frescos. Ambos en plato cuya presentación fue sencilla.
Pedimos Salmón en salsa mediterranea de aceitunas y alcaparras, la combinación con aceite de oliva hacia un sabor diferente claro y transparente. El Salmon cocido perfecto con sellado y tierno por dentro. Sal en su punto. Los acompañamientos: zanahorias combinadas con algo de remolacha, tiernas al dente salteadas en aceite de oliva y toping de yogurt. Las coles de bruselas horneadas con miel de caña, perfectas, dulces, caramelizadas. Aportaron un valor al sabor diferente
La corvina en salsa de aceite de oliva, lascas de ajo y paprika ahumado el dieron un sabor mediterráneo qué se mantenía en boca y paladar. Lo delicado de la textura de la corvina y el sellado externo, junto a su sabor fue magnifico. Delicioso! Acompañado de concolon de arroz. Genuina combinación. No pedimos vinos, no lo ofrecieron.
