Restaurante Chifa Mandarin — Restaurant in Arequipa

We had a wonderful meal and the best Chifa cuisine so far in Peru here in Arequipa at Restaurante Chifa Mandarin! They were extremely busy with both Dine-in and take-out so we had a feeling they really deserve their High Google rating. They were able to get us a large table and we ordered a big variety of fried rice, noodles, entrees and vegetables. All the dishes were cooked deliciously and we enjoyed all of them. In fact, we even ordered an extra plate of wonton Frito at the end. For drinks we ordered a picture of maracuya and then we noticed everybody had these giant bottles of purple soda so we also tried a Kola Escocesa as well and it was delicious! Service was very fast and friendly. Our server and the owner were so gracious....

The service was fast and the food was plentiful. Their combination plates come with a lot of food. My wife and I were more a fan of their rice than their noodles (tallarín, thin noodles). But overall, everything tasted great and was very filling....

Mi esposo y yo entramos a este restaurante porque nos llamó la atención el menú y sus fotos. El mesero fue muy amable, el servicio fue muy rápido. Y el restaurante parecía limpio. Me lla mo la atención que en el menu hubiera un plato de tallarines + arroz, pedimos dos platos diferentes y los dos tenían cordero. Recuerdo que de las fotos era el menú 8 y el 12. El plato estaba súper abundante, el plato mío solicité fideos y me trajeron arroz, finalmente decidí dejarlo así. El sabor no estaba mal, pero tampoco nada especial. Lo mejor eran las piezas de pollo, el cordero tenía mucho hueso y no estaba bueno. A mi esposo, tampoco le gusto casi. La verdad creo nos equivocamos escogiendo este lugar. Lo que sí estaba bueno fue el 1/2 Lt....
