Communication with the hotel via email in the days leading up to my stay was great and despite arriving late in the evening the check in process was welcoming and efficient. It’s quite a lively lobby area, with an open plan bar and plenty of seating throughout. There’s a good number of lifts which serve all the floors quickly, despite the hotel being very busy throughout my stay.

My room was on the sixth floor with views over the courtyard and swimming pool below. This kept the room silent throughout all hours of the day and I couldn’t hear anything from the adjacent rooms either. It was very spacious with plenty of storage and I can’t imagine it feeling claustrophobic even after a really long stay. Electric sockets were available at one side of the bed, although it was annoying they were quite high up the wall. Lighting was good with switches at both sides of the bed, along with an alarm clock and iPhone compatibility for playing music. TV was a good size with a decent number of channels and a bottle of complimentary water was provided. It was disappointing that there was no kettle or hot drink facilities, plus no guide to the hotel services, room service etc. It was also a shame for the mini bar to only be stocked with a couple of bottles of water, despite there being a price list for a range of other drinks.

The bathroom was also a good size and spotlessly clean. The shower was above the bath and worked well, although the toiletries were in very small bottles. Towels were decent and hairdryer, gowns etc were all provided. Overall the room was comfortable for a week’s stay and the silent nature made it relaxing.

Breakfast was a busy affair but the large range of dishes available across the buffet were kept stocked well. It was nice for some of the items to change day to day, preventing it becoming too boring. There’s a small number of tables outside in the courtyard too which is great.

The restaurant serves food at all other times of the day including late into the evening. There’s a good range of items on the menu whether you’re wanting a full meal or a lighter bite and presentation of each is wonderful. A bit more could be made of the outdoor bar area perhaps, instead you have to get the attention of waiting staff inside, but otherwise it’s a nice space to relax in. The outdoor pool remained quiet throughout my stay but there’s a decent number of loungers surrounding it and was a good size.

I’d certainly consider staying here again and it offered good value in a quiet area...

I had an excellent stay at the Pullman Lima, ideally situated close to an archaeological ruin and a beautiful olive park. The rooms were not only modern but also immaculately clean, providing a comfortable retreat. Safety was clearly a priority at the hotel, and it showed in every aspect of their operations, which was reassuring. The breakfast was truly amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The sauna was a welcome addition, perfect for some relaxation. The hotel also boasted plenty of appealing spaces for working or casual chatting, set around the main reception, bar, and hall, making it ideal for social gatherings or a quiet afternoon of work. I visited with my partner as part of a group of friends attending a wedding, and we all were thrilled with the amenities and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a secure, comfortable, and convenient place to...

I stayed at the hotel from Monday June 10th to Sunday. All staff that I interacted with were very kind and polite. Richard and Miguel in the restaurant were amazing, very friendly and took care of us. The host and hostess were also very friendly. Then there’s the staff at front desk and the main door that were always welcoming and absolutely nice. Anything I needed they were accommodating at any time of the day or night. And finally, but not least of all, the housekeeping staff that looked after floor 4 did a great job. They ensured the room was cleaned everyday and they were also quite polite and friendly. The entire hotel was clean at all times which I believe is very good. The pool, sauna, restaurant and meeting room were clean and I truly enjoyed my stay here at Pullman Hotel. Overall, it was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Customer service and cleanliness...

Hotel Atton San Isidor was a great experience for me. The bed was very comfortable, I really liked that they have the long pillows. The room and the hotel were clean and the staff was super helpful. Their cleaners service was exceptional, they picked up and delivered right on time for my meeting. I truly appreciate that they offered detox and green juices as part of their breakfast buffet. The car/driver service was also convenient, secure and they can add it to the room. Overall I definitely recommend staying at Atton hotel while visiting Lima.

Stayed here for 7 days. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the folks who ran the bar and housekeeping. A few times I asked for recommendations for food and shopping in the local area and they gave great suggestions each time. The hotel is located in a pretty quiet rich neighborhood, about 2 blocks from Starbucks, a huge grocery store, and a few tasty restaurants. I'd recommend it to a friend. Theres a pool, sauna, restaurant, bar, and cable TV.
