El Huarike — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Very disappointed, food was good and we had some beers with dinner, Service was slow but not crazy slow, but at the end, we get the check (i should've look at it but i didn't) payed, it was $80 and leave $20 tip, to later realize that the tip was included, but in a weird way, so its listed in between the items that we consume as gratuity, and then at the end says "non taxable item", i just think this is a messed up way to get more money from costumers, I'm definitely not going back again, and i do not recommend this place, theres other Peruvian places downtown that r worth to go. by the way i forgot to mention that its was a two people table, not a big party :/. First impressions of this place gave me a hometown vibe and my waiter, Jesus, was just incredible. He helped me with the menu and we found the dish that was suggested to me by a local friend. It came out looking spectacular and the taste was on point with many other dishes I’ve had in Peru. As I was waiting for a ride Jesús came outside and crossed the street to see if everything was okay. What a gentleman and I will always suggest this place because of his impeccable...

Con mucha pena debo escribir esto, me hice una gran expectativa del restaurant, pero fue muy desagradable la experiencia en el huarike de san borja. Pedi un cabrito a la norteña, esperando comer algo lo mas parecido al sabor norteño, grande fue la sorpresa y mayor la decepcion. Al cortar la presa resulta q el centro de la misma estaba congelada con y tenia las escarchas del hielo , por fuera la carne caliente pero al cortar me di con tremenda decepcion. Lo cual demuestra que este restaurant no te sirve comida del dia, fresca. Que el huarike friza sus alimentos ya sea o por que les sobro o por que es su politica de trabajo. No es justo que vendan comida recalentada, que no sea del dia, y para lo que cobran ...peor. Las autoridades deberian intervenir este local y sancionarlo. Nunca ante el inconveniente presentado se acerco el administrador , o dueño o el cheff. Todos se hicieron los desentendidos. NO VAYAN.....ponen en riesgo su salud..y evitense pasar un...
