McDonald's — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

We ordered our food in our car and they brought it to us. So convenient! They even remembered to not include pickles on my Big Mac. I couldn't be happier! Although I went in the bathroom to change my daughter's diaper and wow...yes they have a changing table AND it was actually clean 🤗 It blew my mind! Great job! You do not know how hard it is to find clean restrooms here in Lima! And the best surprise ever was the air conditioning....that bathroom was LITERALLY freezing! As someone struggling daily with heat induced asthma I was SOOooo grateful for those small 15 minutes of relief...

Pedí el combo Hincha, ese que se da cuando juega Perú (por delivery). Ya he pedido este combo antes por lo que creí que no habría ningún problema, sin embargo, después de estar 1hora y 50 minutos esperando finalmente llegó el PEDIDO EQUIVOCADO. Me llegaron 2 hamburguesas y 2 papás en vez del combo que yo había pedido en el que venían 20 Nuggets y 3 papás. Logré darme cuenta de este error antes de que se fuera el repartidor, y me dijo que había habido un error y que la chica que atendía se había demorado casi una hora en que le entregará el pedido al repartidor y cuando se dió cuenta que era otro pedido, le dijo a la chica que estaba atendiendo, y ella le dijo que si era el pedido solo que se habían confundido de etiqueta, cosa que no era el caso. Al final el repartidor se llevó el pedido y dijo que probablemente alguien vendría con mi pedido después. Han pasado 3 horas desde entonces, NADIE ME HA TRAIDO NADA, es decir, No solo estuve esperando casi 2 horas por el pedido que estuvo mal, y todo por un capricho de la chica que atendía y su terquedad de creer que el pedido estaba bien pero con otra etiqueta, si no que el chico se llevó el pedido equivocado, y nunca llegó mi pedido, lo más probable es que hayan desperdiciado 5 horas de mi vida y 30 soles que costaba el combo. Después de aprox 5 horas puedo decirles a todos ustedes que han leído mi tragica historia, que no pidan en este lugar, mejor es KFC, ahí no te entregan un...

The food was cold. Had to complain and the supervisor came to check the food is cold and not, and upon checking she decided to warm up the food. Very expensive and bad choice in Lima for sure and I am saying this as an American who even worked for McDonald's at my early life. The food was tasteless. Also spending in Lima 104 soles is a lot of money when the McDonald's food sucks. Never again McDonald's outside...
