The only thing that is good in this Hotel is the front office staff. |Room- Water literally falls from the shower with absolutely no pressure. There is no option to get Luke warm water. It's either hot or Cold. Finding a perfect balance is an art as switching from hot water to cold takes approx 2 minutes and still no Luke warm water!||1 Jan 2024 Breakfast was an eye-opener. Although the hotel has around 30+- rooms however the Occupancy on 31 was still around max 10-12 rooms and there was still kinda stampede in the dining area as all 6-7 tables were occupied with no food to serve. The dishes were ALMOST EMPTY and the staff of only 2 people were running around and trying to fix the situation. It took me around 15 minutes to get the table and then another 15 minutes to get some fruits. There was no cutillary. I placed an order for an omelet and guocomole. After 4 reminders - approx 15 minutes I finally got the omelet. Guocomole was just sitting on their Bar table for approx 10 minutes with no one to serve and was told its coming. I could see it but all I could do is just wait. There after I had to place the request for some bread as there was none left so it took them another 10 minutes to top it up.||The sweets section with 1-2 pastries options were empty since we joined the breakfast. Requested the staff multiple times to top it up and were told it's coming. Finally after around 30-40 minutes we were told sorry there is none left. ||In my experience, i honesty would not even rate this hotel 2. The bathroom, the restaurant service really sucks. |ALSO, THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY WATER BOTTLES or JUG IN THE ROOMS SO YOU HAVE TO GO TO LEVEL 1 TO REFILL YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE EVERYTIME. OUR ROOM WAS ON LEVEL 6, SO YOU CAN IMAGINE THE EFFORT. ||The INTERNET IS NOT STABLE. ||Unfortunately we stayed from 26 Dec- 2 Jan and each day the breakfast was EXACTLY the SAME with not even a slight change.||Honestly, I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in 2hotels which without doubt surpasses Hotel Nobility (which rates it self4) in services. ||Once again the only thing that is good in this Hotel is the Front desk staff. The rest...

Unfortunately we were really disappointed with our stay at hotel|Nobility. |My girlfriend notices that one of our shower towels weren’t clean and had blood on it. We asked for an economical compensation because of this but didn’t get any. |The water pressure from the shower was really bad and the breakfast was also very very mediocre. ||But the worst thing was that My partner had her birthday on our second day we stayed at the hotel and I wanted to surprise her with some flowers. I was also gonna propose to her the same morning.||So I went down to the reception desk and told them about my plans and asked the staff if they could|Help me order some flowers to our room, they just answered that they don’t provide that service. ||I think that’s really weak and bad for a ** star hotel and I strongly recommend all of you to book your stay...

The service was absolutely incredible. Came in welcomed with open arms. The receptionists also spoke English so that's always a green flag. The facilities are well kept with a sauna and spa. My apologies for making the most of it and not keeping everything so well-kept haha. The breakfast buffet also had quite the variety. Ravaged the pineapple and papaya to help me digest all the food that we ate. So grateful for the service 🙏 Definitely recommend!!

A decent place to stay for a few days. Don't expect anything special. The rooms are clean and well maintained. One can avail laundry service. WiFi is available and no issues with it. Breakfast has a choice of meats, scrambled eggs, 5 - 6 variety of fruits, 5 - 6 variety of juices, 3 varieties of yogurt shakes, and bread butter and jam. De cent hotel for business, ok for family.
