A nice atmosphere, it's very much a people's place for reunions with friends and family, however the acoustics were quite off and I could hear the person sitting at the table behind me far better than the person in front of me, she also commented on that as well. It gets packed from 12:30pm to 3:45pm, and when I say packed I mean 45 minute waits for a table. Server attention was quite good, particularly because the server knew the menu and had tried the food from it. Unlike other restaurants where the servers have no clue about the food on the menu. (well given that it's chicken, fries and salad, it's not that hard, but the point still stands) The taste and texture of the chicken is A1, crisp exterior seasons with salt and pepper and a steamy, tender meat that dissolves in your mouth as you chew. They've got solid french fry game. The chicha morada is really good and refreshing. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Definitely yes. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience in regards to the food and the attention. However the atmosphere can be improved upon. I understand that it's a new place and whatnot but the cold (minimalist) surroundings and the weird acoustic properties should be taken into account. If they do correct these things I'll be sure to...

The service was fast, I got my food maybe 5 minutes after ordering and the payment went quickly as well. The small yellow sauce though was amazing, it was really spicy so try a little at first. Bad - the rotisserie chicken, I ordered 1/4 chicken and fries with salad. The chicken for 16 soles at Metro market is bigger, better and has more flavor. This was 25 soles and a waste. It was not a lot of food in total either. I ate all of it and had no leftovers. The wings meat was okay but very sweet. I’ll leave that for the ugly. The blue cheese wasn’t good either. Ugly - the Alitas BBQ Sauce was so sweet it was almost inedible. The rotisserie chicken was so dry I needed the sauce from the wings to balance it out. The salad was so hard to eat because everything was shredded, who shreds a salad? You CHOP a salad...it’s unreal that this place...
