The AC Marriott Hotel in Miraflores was one of my best international hotel experiences so far. The staff were all extremely friendly and helped me with multiple different things β updating my keys, late check-in, restaurant recommendations, laundry services, room requests, etc. I stayed for 7 days and felt extremely well taken care of. The views of the ocean from the AC Hotel were great β from the both the rooftop and the 2nd floor lounge.
I used all of the amenities at this location β the Breakfast Kitchen (morning buffets), the AC Lounge/Bar, the rooftop bar/kitchen, and the rooftop gym. My favorite out of all of them had to be the breakfast experience. I loved the furniture and styling of the entire hotel, and the beds/pillows were perfect for me (medium-firm). Special thank you to the Front Desk concierge staff that helped me during my stay: Diego, Anthony, and Analucia.
Breakfast was amazing - so many farm to market varieties. My favorites were the fresh house-made yogurt, fresh juices (pineapple was my favorite), and the rotating traditional breakfast items. My other favorite amenity was the AC Lounge (and rooftop bar). A wonderful area to sit and be taken care of β coffee, water, and great seating options as well in the work area. Never had an issue finding a spot to sit and work at, or a spot to lounge and relax at. Big thank you to Christian from the Bar for taking care of me at both the AC lounge and the rooftop bars and helping me understand the Peruvian versions of vodka+sprite and rum+coke.
I fell in love with Lima during this trip and will be visiting again β I will definitely be booking my stay at the AC Marriott in Miraflores when I come to visit in the future! Thank you again to all the wonderful hotel staff for making my stay so...
Β Β Β Read moreWe had the worst Customer service at this hotel. We arranged for airport pickup and after our flight was changed the day before we tried to call to change the pick up time. Girl at front desk (Jasmin) told me I had to send an email so I did, no response. Day of pick up called the hotel over 60x (not exaggerating) from first thing in the am, in between flights and finally when we arrived in Lima with no answer. It would ring 10+ times then they would pick up and hang up. After 2hrs of being at the airport waiting for pickup literally calling the front desk nonstop, someone came on the line. She then proceeded to argue with me for 20 minutes acting like she didn't speak English well (when we got to hotel she spoke perfect english) until she eventually hung up on me and refused to answer the line the entire time it took us to take a taxi to the hotel. When we got there she refused to even look at us or apologize for how she treated us. The manager approached us and said he knew about the situation and only offered a free continental breakfast for all of the disrespect we received. After explaining everything the front desk girl did to us he eventually offered a room upgrade which was the only plus to this experience. Our entire stay the same girl at the front desk continued to treat us with disrespect. We asked for extra towels...after 2hrs we called back down and asked to speak with the manager and we got it within 5 min. It is clear she is not held responsible for the awful service she is providing. Unsure why she is in this business. We will never go back to this hotel simply because of this one girl. She made everything about staying here awful. She is a horrible representation of this hotel and should not be working...

The front desk area had a water dispenser for water bottles refills and also some drinks/snacks for sale. The staff at the front desk is always very happy to help. Excellent customer service from Eric with my room change from city view to ocean view. The room is clean and modern. Equipped with mini fridge, water, safe, ironing board and iron. The hotel offers dry cleaning and laundry service too. The housekeeping staff is always very friendly, polite and helpful.
The breakfast at AC lounge has a good spread of Peruvian dishes, breads, cold cuts, cereal, homemade oatmeal, fresh juices, eggs and omelette station and variety of coffees/tea. The staff and manager is always very friendly, helpful and attentive. Kathy Torres is like a ray of sunshine to welcome you for breakfast and is always very helpful. Christian is attentive and remember the needs of different guests. Sol is always happy and takes pride with her cooking. Bartender makes delicious drinks especially Moscow Mules and Pisco Sours!
Overall, this hotel have excellent customer service and all the staff takes pride with their job. I would highly recommend staying at this property...
