So I want to say that this place has an amazing concept and the location and tea pots are beautiful. The Tea was also delicious. Worth a visit just for that. Maybe I just went there on an off day but there were a couple of things that ruined my visit. First was the music, I was sat outside and unfortunately under a speaker. The music volume was fluctuating from nothing to ridiculously loud and towards the end it was just static. It was awful, especially when mostly you hope for a quiet place to have a chat and a cuppa. Second was the postres, they looked amazing but they lacked taste and were frozen solid. Finally was the service, it was clear that we didn’t have the greatest experience but our waitress just kind of hid. It was so weird. As we were sitting on the terrace, we couldn't really follow up with the conversation of everybody (we were 8 people) as the traffic is really loud. So if you come in a bigger group, consider sitting inside, which is also very beautifully decorated.
