This was the place to go for sandwiches and pastries in Miraflores. It’s a franchise with many locations in Lima.
Well, one advice, avoid it like the plague. The pastries are hard, dull and made days before. You’d need a stake knife to cut the “mil hojas” and every sandwich contains mayo. That’s dangerous as you can get salmonella which many people and I probably got it after eating there.
To the cooks and managers there, please don’t put mayo on the sandwiches; very few traditional Peruvian sandwiches have mayo; stop that trend please.
And lastly, the service there is awful. I don’t know why the waiters have to treat you badly. Is it lack of training, supervision or contempt...
