Most of the dishes on the menu were not available. At least not the ones with fish. They're probably only available at the weekend. There were three of us, each of us got our food at a different time. The first one was almost ready when the third dish arrived. The Chauva dishes taste OK, but there are much better ones. Buena comida pero servicio lento. Como no hay espacio para una opinión más explicita: parece que es para consumo leeentooo. Tuvimos como 45 minutos antes del bus y teníamos que comer porque viajabamos a Lima; nos dijeron que estará listo en 15 minutos y en realidad les tomó 30, hubo que comer en apuros y encima me trajeron parihuela picante.
