El Tomillo — Restaurant in Pisac

We went trying to find a quiet place to work, the garden setting is lovely, but unfortunately there are many people coming in freely to play music and then expecting money or selling fruit and necklaces. The music was pretty good! But hard to focus or have a conversation.

The service was not very good, they never brought my drink so I ended up leaving my friends to find somewhere a bit quieter. The menu didn’t have drinks so we needed to get a drink menu but the drink menu didn’t have hot drinks..? Seemed a little odd. I do not recommend going to this restaurant. Me and my husband were there for breakfast, we waited a very long time for the order. My husband ordered an English breakfast which was not prepared for him because the waitress did not understand us. I ordered a sandwich, it was dry, the bread is not tasty, it's definitely not worth 17 soles. The pancake I ordered was also dry. Nice little spot. Great atmosphere for a lunch or to relax with a coffee. The only time I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant is for working. Lots of musicians play here and will come to the tables to persistently ask for money, which can be very disruptive if you’re trying to get work done.
