I recently stopped by Sofra Toast Cafe, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

The Baggle Panini was perfectly toasted, with a crisp golden crust and warm, melty fillings that balanced flavor and texture beautifully. Every bite was satisfying and comforting.

To complement the panini, I ordered the Mango Ginger Juice, which was fresh, vibrant, and delicious. The sweetness of the mango blended harmoniously with the zesty kick of ginger—refreshing and energizing without being too sweet.

The cafe itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. You can tell they care about both the quality of their food and making customers feel at home.

I had the incredible pleasure of enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day for a week at a retreat, all prepared by two truly amazing chefs. The food was not only delicious but deeply nourishing; each dish clearly crafted with love, passion, and intention.

What stood out most was how they transformed simple, wholesome ingredients into flavorful works of art. Every bite delighted the senses —colorful, aromatic, and bursting with taste. You could feel the care and creativity in each meal, making it not just food, but a soulfully nurturing experience.

We came here twice during our 2-night stay in Pisac and really enjoyed it. They might be the only cafe around with an Ayahuasca diet plate, and it was both tasty and healthy. We also had the simit toast and hummus – full of flavor and super satisfying.
