La Brasa Cusqueña - CARNES A LA PARRILLA — Restaurant in Wanchaq

My seven friends and I had a GREAT meal here. We’re American tourists with little Spanish Skills, but our waitress, Silvana, was so patient with us and used her own phone to Google translate her messages to us. She was the best waitress we had durng our trip to Peru, she was so patient willing to go above and beyond help us out. The rest of the staff were also super nice and accommodating, even when our clumsy friend broke a glass (we’re still very sorry about that.) The food was delicious and just what we needed after a long hike. We also had some yummy juices, Chicha Morada (of course!) and the rose lemonade! The atmosphere was quiet, nice, and cozy sort of romantic vibes, bit still a great choice for our group of 8. We came in pretty late on a Thursday night, so it was pretty empty, and service was pretty quick compared to our other meals in Peru! We couldn’t have asked for more help from them. Bueno hoy tengo que cambiar mi opinión sobre brasa Cusqueña, siempre vamos, casi diario, sus carnes siempre fueron buenisimas, hoy volvimos nuevamente pero lamentablemente la carne que le dieron a mi acompañante estuvo guardada y se sentía mal, quisimos cambiar sin hacer más énfasis en el tema pero nos regresó la misma carne con una señorita que nos dijo que la carne estaba bien y el chef lo había probado, yo lo veo anti ético por que probaron la carne y me la devolvieron, pero bueno hoy no me agradó y dejamos la carne casi intacta.

Un local recomendado, empezaré por la atención, el joven que nos atendió fue muy amable desde que ingresamos al restaurante, nos trajo la carta y las promociones de bebidas nos gustó mucho la atención, felicidades. La comida es muy buena pedimos carnes argentinas, el joven de atención nos pidió el término de cocción de las carnes y cuando llegó estuvo en el término que pedimos eso es muy bueno! Las papas fritas y las cremas son muy buenas quizás podrían ponerle un poco más de énfasis en la ensalada pero de todos modos estuvo muy buena, la comida se sirve en el tiempo indicado y la calidad de las carnes son muy buenas!!! Les recomiendo la picaña argentina. También les recomiendo sus bebidas con alcohol, la mezcla de su algarrobo a estuvo muy buena! El ambiente y el local es muy bonito, lo que quizás puedan mejorar es en la entrada había cosas en desuso pero en general el local es muy bueno y tiene buena iluminación. Los precios son muy buenos para la calidad de todo el servicio, así q nunca cambien esa calidad que los mantiene

En general si recomiendo que visiten y vayan a comer a este buen lugar...

It's my first day in Cusco and I visit the La brasa Cusquena since was neat to my hotel.
