This was one of the best parts of our trip to Peru. As a family, we learned a ton about how Peruvians buy, prepare and enjoy their meals. The adventure started with a trip to the market to see the huge variety available at the central market designed by Gustave Eiffel... yes, that Eiffel... and to buy produce for our meal. Next we went to the facility - really professional and able to host groups from 2 - 50. With thier own herb garden and fantastic rooftop views... we knew it was going to be great. We are very impressed by the kitchen, all the setups, the equipment and yes, the rooftop area. Everything is modern, shining clean and well organized.
