Polleria Llámame Lola — Restaurant in Wanchaq

I ordered a Lomo Saltado (s./30) with "harto jugo" (lots of lomo saltado sauce) and was served just a regular amount of its sauce, althought the medium-rare meat was perfect. Upon requesting that they add more sauce, as I had ordered, the server argued that they would have to cook another plate. The guy in charge Manuel agreed that they serve me another lomo saltado plate, so they served me it, but with a kind of brown chinese-style broth instead of the Lomo Saltado blackish sauce. Clearly, they did not cook another plate, and just mixed up a random broth to make my previous plate saucy; however, it was not a classic Lomo Saltado taste. I asked for the Main Manager, and they did not provide me with their details to complain about their cooks. Not professional at all. [Sunday, Oct 16, 2022....

A great restaurant that not only delicious food, but also a large and plentiful portions of chicken, fries, chaufa and salad for a low price (which is why you should always go to local restaurants outside of tourist areas).
