This is more of a family resto rather than for couples on a date. Servings per dish will accommodate at least 2 people. There are many food choices on their menu, there will be something even for picky kids. A basket of complimentary bread will be served to start your meal, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side. Bread is soft and warm, and will definitely whet your appetite. The wife had Pumpkin Soup as an appetizer. She finds it good, but was only able to finish half as it seems to be good for two people. I had their Buffalo Wings as a starter. Unfortunately, it was breaded so this was not truly buffalo wings. It is more like deep fried Korean chicken. Spice level is low. As I am unfamiliar with Italian cuisine, I find their Spaghetti Meatballs to be too tomato-ey. It lacks the saltiness that most Filipinos find comfortable with pasta, so you may want to ask for (parmesan) cheese. Meatballs were good, but only two pieces come with a serving and are about the size of dumplings. Of course, an Italian meal requires pizza. Their All Meat Pizza is thin crust, crispy on the edges. First bites will be of somewhat softer dough, which I prefer in most pizza. Meat toppings were very generous. Most articles claim that the Marbled Ribeye Steak is a must try. It seems to be rubbed with herbs and marinade and then pan fried. The steak itself is good, but I find the sauce/dip too sweet for my liking. Unfortunately, I would rather have my steak from Farmery at a similar price.

5 Star because it was our 1st time here and was really happy with the food and service. You have to wait to get seated because they need to ensure the tables are clean and disinfected. A Big Plus. Cashless and Order Automation is implemented. For easy and effortless ordering, you will scan a QR code from your table which brings you to the ordering site. Pick your food selection, submit and your done. Food arrives in a timely manner. My wife and I are not a big eater anymore so we usually order and share the food. Our favourite here are the Marbled Ribeye Steak and Lucio's Truffle Pasta. Pumpkin soup is also recommended. The Ribeye Steak ordered is medium rare, which made us enjoy the soft tender taste of the beef. The Truffle Pasta has just the right taste of the truffle sauce, not overpowering like some restaurants, I had that experience before. Perfect combination with the Ribeye Steak. Ravioli is also ok. The Price. Value for Money 👍🏼 We'll definitely go back and try the other items on the menu.

AMBIENCE Chairs are available outside the restaurant when the branch is full and restaurant size is two floors. I found this branch most interesting when I used to walk by and notice the signage "Papa Lou's" instead of "Mama Lou's." FOOD Pan Fried Beef Scaloppine and Mama Lou's Special Pizza were our choices of the day. All veggies were refreshing and slightly crunchy especially the alfalfa and arugula! Quality of the prosciutto was spot on and the mangoes were just as refreshing as the veggies, making the pizza a good mix of hot and cold. Pizza was highly addictive and easy to finish due to the thin crust. Mashed potatoes were typically good and I think their service water might've had a hint of lemon. SERVICE Servers were proactive in giving us more free bread and I like that they left an order slip on our table; it's good for tracking. VAT-inclusive but Service Charge to be added.

Went there last night to celebrate Mother's Day with the family and had one of the worst experience in a restaurant.

I especially liked that the manager was able to arrange a seat for us after queuing. They called us when our seats were ready but sadly, that's where all the great service ends.

We were able to share our orders in about 10 minutes. They were able to prepare the salad for my mom right away and that was very nice but the rest of the plates came after about 40 minutes. We also ordered mozzarella sticks because I anticipated that food might take long but lo and behold, that order was not sent to the kitchen so I asked for it be cancelled.

Amidst all the chaos, it's noticeable that they indeed miss our table's order because food is coming to other tables in 5-10 minutes. Heck! I even found a table seated later than we did but got their orders right away. We even ordered 2 raviolis and I kid you not, the first one that came out is not as hot as it should be while the 2nd one came out after 15 minutes of the first one.

I get that the day could be chaotic and add to the fact that it's also mother's day but it's just really disappointing when you see all the tables are being taken cared of properly except yours.

I still like Mama Lou's but I'll probably avoid this branch like the plague...
