OYO 472 Poleng Villa — Hotel in Angeles

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place is not well kept. My room has dust and the pool hasn't been cleaned. The bathroom on our second room smells. There were floating leaves and plastic. I took the net to catch the plastic and 4 staff were there seeing me do it and didn't even offer to help clean. When its the guests that's cleaning your pool its bad. My sister ordered food from the room service. I saw the staff came back with food on plastic bags. Like they bought it from the carinderia and the taps is disgusting. I spit it out the moment I tasted it. You charge hotel price for food that you bought from the street. Cable service is slow so cant even watch tv. First night the wifi is good 2nd night was terrible to almost nothing. They advertise that the place is walking distance from SM, its not. Get ready to pay 100 pesos for trike each time you want to go to SM. I suggest you get Grab car instead same price just more comfortable. The place was overpriced for this poor service. Average Hotel, simple furnished rooms, good bed, nice staff but one star less because when i stayed there no cable TV was available and no remote for the aircon ! next time i will avoid staying there on the weekend because on weekends many filipino families with many kids staying there because of the swimming pool and then it was whole day and even nightime...

Staffs are friendly and respectful.. their pool are regularly cleaned..although mosquitoes are visible inside and out the rooms, a water interruption happened at 3am during our stay the hotel has no water tank in cases like this to happened so we depart from there without a bath..🙁 however the hotel location is accessible to...
