Hidden Pearl Hotel Janus — Hotel in Angeles

This is the worst hotel ever.  I changed the room by surprise as there were very large cockroaches living in the room.  By the way, even in the new room came very large cockroaches.  So I asked for a room change again.  Both female hotel staff said they would replace it, but they lied.  And the hotel room overall is very dirty.  In particular, the bed is very dirty.  There are a lot of ants, cockroaches and other pests in the room.  Cleaning was only done twice during our long stay.  When I asked for cleaning, they said they would do it, and they kept lying and refused to do it.  The hotel was not soundproofed at all, so I couldn't sleep because of the noise pollution.  The hotel doesn't even have an elevator.  The staff are very unfriendly.  The female staff working especially at night is very rude...

Visited here yesterday. Booked the King suite room. Affordable price, i really like the room. The place is really good for me and my friends. But this is the 1st time to be dissapointed with the hotel staff. I visited a lot of hotels. Staffs are really friendly. But Janus Staff are not friendly at all. Not all of them but as a staff of the hotel. We should treat our customers equally. Not bcs were filipino you will treat us like you dont respect us. Im working as a Customer service rep. So i know how to make sure customer will feel valuable. Some rooms are good some are designed by an idiot. One room we had had no bidet and the shower hose was just too short to be used. They supply a bucket ,which unless your naked gets your pants wet. One room we stayed had no toilet seat. First three days we had to ask for towels and to like they are extra. Air con units old and noisy, and do not work well . You must keep it running 24 hours or it will always be too hot in the room. Our king room only comes with a trash can in the bathroom .
